Decent new development

Pros

- management is not too difficult to work with, sometimes slow but not outrageously so - new building, thus far things are holding up

Cons

- location is at a very busy intersection, very loud if you unit faces Fulton

Advice to the owners

More tenants would stay is rent was more affordable and in-line with the area

Okay building but not true "luxury" as it claims

Pros

Building was brand new so all finishes were new. We had a large 2 bed layout that was spacious with a lot of light.

Cons

Management hard to deal with and gives different rules to different tenants on the ability to use common spaces for guests.
