Great, clean, safe building!
Pros
The building is incredibly clean and well managed. Multiple upgrades to the building where made in the two years I lived here. My unit was also nicely updated before I moved in.
Cons
The street is quite loud in the evenings, especially in the summer. Lots of block parties. Laundry is coin operated which is a bit inconvenient. Rent also needs to be paid by mailed check. Would be great to have an electronic option.
