Worth it for the location

Pros

This building is in the perfect location—close to franklin, washington, vanderbilt, and most importantly the park! Having an elevator is amazing and there is laundry in the building as well. Great water pressure and good light. Super is kind and generally responsive.

Cons

Management isn’t great and I think our neighbors with less recently updated units had issues with cockroaches, although we didn’t. One washer broke a while ago and still hasn’t really been fixed. Noise from eastern parkway is quite loud but not too much of an issue, and heat can be spotty towards the beginning of winter.

every year renewing the lease is a fight. It increment is high.

No. If it works and you hear someone buzzing it’s impossible to actually ask who is outside and to hear their response. Can buzz to open the door at the moment. This function does not consistently work.
