Pros
My apartment had nice windows and the bathroom was decent.
Cons
The property owner is known for refusing to give people their security deposits back by way of avoiding their tenants altogether. I spent 4 months consistently calling them only to speaking to a new “employee” each time that took down a message that was never followed up on. Dead roaches were found in the entryway multiple times despite having an exterminator come once in a blue moon.
