Renters approve of the building's owners
Excellent owner/manager, a small, close-knit brownstone with kind tenants. Was extremely affordable for the area, but landlord increased the rent a bit. Still, this place is a gem!
Common areas are dusty but tolerable. No laundry on-site, not the most modern appliances/fixtures. Optimum internet only which had lots of outages and frustrating/nonexistent customer service.
