Better than your average NYC apartment

Pros

Not too loud, but not afraid to make noise. Friendly neighbors, laundry in the building that mostly works, stairways and garbage and such are cleaned weekly. Roof access!

Cons

Not the fastest responses to issues. My apartment was pretty small for what we pay and it’s a walk up only, so not totally worth the price. But there are bigger ones so I guess just get a big one…

Advice to the owners

Fix the washer and dryer please, they suck.
