The owner does not care about his tenants
Pros
I liked that I had a backyard being on the ground floor the apartment is cute and decent size
Cons
I have had many many issues that needed to be fixed in my apartment the main one being a leak in my livingroom that a year later is still being “fixed” after a million patch jobs that never fixed the leaked as well as the rodent problem on this block is horrible. A plastic bag and been left on my ceiling for 3 weeks, the bag bust open and water has poured all over ruining my couch and rug.
Advice to the owners
Communicate with your tenants a lot more, show and give them the respect you want given to you and fix repairs when they are complained about
