Cute and hazardous

Pros

Our neighbors across from us and above us were fantastic people and still friends to this day. The kitchen had an adorable kitchen nook.

Cons

I don’t think the building stairwell had ever been cleaned and the linoleum was peeling up such that their were tripping hazards to dodge on your way up. When we moved in there were mice and cockroaches. The bathroom ceiling caved in on us due to water damage. Mushrooms sprouted out of our neighbors’ walls after storms so I’m sure our indoor air quality could not have been good.
