Almost everything that could have issues had issues. - Leaks - Plumbing (no full on breakages, but shower head, kitchen sink, etc. all leaked or had issues) - Mice seen in building - Brick walls look cool, but are in terrible shape (dusty, crumbling pieces) - Appliances old, cheap, don't work well (oven / stove don't get hot) - Mold concerns - Incredibly loud radiators

Gut renovate - people will always cycle in and out until the root issues are solved.
