Pleasant department in the heart of Greenpoint

Pros

Very clean and well cared for building. Nice neighbors. The landlord was very easy to reach and took care of any issue immediately.

Cons

The location is a bit isolated. While the G train is down the street, there is no other subway line nearby. Had to rely on buses or walking 15 minutes or so.

Advice to the owners

Don’t really have much advice for him. He was a very good landlord. Took care of issues and didn’t egregiously raise the rent.
