Decent but could be better for price

Pros

Great views of the city and newly renovated apartments with a lot of space. The roof is awesome.

Cons

The water pressure sucks and the heat only lasts about 10 min in the shower. Also if you don't like car noise this is not the place for you. The busy dual lane street next to the building has an on ramp for the BQE so there is a lot of car noise.

Improve the heat and water pressure and this place would be perfect.
