loved it but wish some things changed

Pros

great light, nice ceiling space. really cool on a good day. the rooftop was huge. great management who are super responsive.

Cons

living in front of l train is tough - some of the windows aren’t great with insulation so the sound can be a lot. they also get shipments early in the morning, so you may wake up at 5 am. if you’re looking to move in here, get a room farther from the front and with better insulated windows!
