Landlord was generally responsive, and everything in the building always worked (laundry, no issues accessing roof). Appliances too. Only lived here for a year but would move back.
It’s a walk up and sometimes it’s a bit too easy to hear your neighbors. With the gym in the basement, the gym can be poorly ventilated/smelly but it’s not to have nonetheless.
