    RENT STABILIZED BUILDING!!!

    Pros:
    Great location. Cute area of Bushwick.
    Cons:
    The landlord is over charging everyone. The building is fully rent stabilized.

    The hot water goes out constantly and the building is so cold.

    The city needs to take over this building ASAP
    Advice to owner:
    Quit overcharging

    near the park, pre-war, homey, good neighbors, amazing area, train close by

    management, dirty, not well kept, loud, poorly insulated
