RENT STABILIZED BUILDING!!!

Pros

Great location. Cute area of Bushwick.

Cons

The landlord is over charging everyone. The building is fully rent stabilized. The hot water goes out constantly and the building is so cold. The city needs to take over this building ASAP

Quit overcharging
