Noise issues overall

Pros

- super new renovated building, clean - great location close to 2 trains - decent size unit with good windows and option for outdoor space - barely any bugs no pests - wall unit a/c & heat

Cons

- not great security, the door had broken and didn't properly lock by the end of my time there - they kept having problems alarms going off in the stairwell plus overall noisy. super thin walls you will hear everything - electric bill will be high here even if you watch your energy, everything is electric + u pay for shower water
