Only 4 apartments in the building so there isn’t a lot of people in and out. Landlord is nice and understanding. 2 bedroom full kitchen and bathroom for 1700
A little bit of a pest issue I’m including roaches and mice.
Extermination needed twice yearly, and should consider renovations/ updating apartments.
