    No major issues here

    Pros:
    No major issues with pests/rats.
    Landlord is responsive but can take a while for repairs to come through.
    In building washer/dryer
    Cons:
    Had some major flooding/leakage during a heavy rain.
    Can take forever for the heat to turn on during winter months

    A versatile space with good natural light. The monthly upkeep on bug prevention is much appreciated.
    Cons:
    Building repair outside individual units has stagnated badly due to covid. Basement unit partially flooded in the flash floods last year.
