No major issues here
Pros
No major issues with pests/rats. Landlord is responsive but can take a while for repairs to come through. In building washer/dryer
Cons
Had some major flooding/leakage during a heavy rain. Can take forever for the heat to turn on during winter months

Perfectly average experience
Pros
A versatile space with good natural light. The monthly upkeep on bug prevention is much appreciated.
Cons
Building repair outside individual units has stagnated badly due to covid. Basement unit partially flooded in the flash floods last year.
