New construction, good interiors

Pros

New construction brings new appliances, water systems and safety locks. The building is nice and stands out in the neighborhood. Beautiful terrace with an okay backyard.

Cons

The walls are too thin, can hear people talking in the other rooms. Aur conditioning unit is a big split ac on the ceiling which is meant for cooling and heating. This draws a lot of power and can shoot up your electricity bill.

Apartment had some flaws: sinks did not drain properly, dishwasher was noisy, backyard not developed or well maintained.
