Worst landlord out there
Pros
Nice house and there’s no brokers fee since you deal with the landlord directly.
Cons
Landlord is very nosy. She feels entitled to know everything about your life. She portrays herself as a nice woman but she’s the kind of person that wants to know everything abound you so she can tell you how to live your life. She goes through your garbage and polices your packages. Terrible landlord overall.
Advice to the owners
Stop being a landlord as you don’t know how to be one.
