A renters dream
Pros
Local landlord who clearly cares about the building and tenants! Very responsive and takes care of most of the maintenance issues himself - literally installed my window AC unit for me on the hottest day of the year. Gorgeous and well-maintained historic building on a quiet, tree-lined street. Laundry and storage in the basement!
Cons
Occasionally had problems with not enough/too much heating, but nothing out of the ordinary with old steam heat radiators
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you’re doing!
