Great and thoughtful owner , there every day.
Pros
Convenient location, great quiet block, great neighbors and good restaurants in the area.
Cons
Its a double edged sword in that the landlord has many rules but that is why the building is so beautifully run.

Females be warned
Pros
Nice neighborhood, low traffic street.
Cons
Very creep and sketchy landlord. Only rents to females, will come in your apartment when you are not there. These are rent stabilized apartments but you won't get a rent stabilized lease because he doesn't want you to know that. Thin walls so you could hear all of your neighbors even in the next building.
