Really Nice building

Pros

The super is fabulous, very responsive to any issues His wife also lovely.

Cons

The hallways could be cleaner and the front entrance cleaned.

Advice to the owners

Give Mike a raise !

Pros

Good people, fair owner. Super is responsible and responds to maintenance issues.

Cons

It is a pre-war building and therefore has pre-war plumbing which can sometimes act up. But issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Advice to the owners

I wish the glass on the front doors could be fixed.
