It's a private house, the only positive thing to mention is it's location, relatively close to public transportation.
Water pressure is weak. Floor is peeling off . Water is leaking in . Staircase is moving. Neighbors are loud. Owners didn't fix anything. Owners are RACIST.
Look inside yourselves. God will judge you soon enough.
