Building is ok.
Property mangment is unresponsive most of the time. Apt has issues but issues never fixed on time . Property manager is rude. The building needs a thorough clean. No gate. There are always HS kids sitting and smoking on steps. Now graffiti on steps.
If you want to charge these prices. Do more and offer better amenities. There is a yard and it is never cleaned or used.
