Renters approve of the building's owners
The backyard is great. And the layout of the place is good to. Dimmer lights and good bath.
Communication with tenants wasn’t always clear and landlord often misrepresented my communication with caused a lot of challenges when navigating a new lease.
Please be upfront about who lives downstairs in the basement, put money into house each quarter to trim yard and maintain property rather then asking tenants too
