There’s no pros, maybe the elevator exists, that’s it.
Cons
The super doesn’t give a shit about your problems nor is he in any rush to fix them, remarkable how he’s still alive considering he should have had a stroke and died by now with how loud he yells whenever you ask him to fix something.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of the super and mark the front door of the lobby as a place you can’t sit in front of. It’s a fire hazard

Nothing at all gets done with him also get rid of the drug dealers and people running rooming houses that you know about?ok mail theft going on all the time crack heads in and out of the building and the super doesn’t do anything at all about them he allows them to sleep in the hallways.
