    Great building/shared amenities. So so apartments

    Great gym, great staff, convenient location
    Cons:
    Appliances in the apartment are all new but kind of crappy. Would not recommend if you are an ambitious cook

    Pros:
    Incredible staff and doormen, there’s been zero turnover since we have lived here. Super responsive management and ownership. Beautiful building overall. Valet garage attached to building.
    Cons:
    Amenity fees are steep
    Units are low on storage space
    Then lease renewal was nearly a $1k+ increase over my current monthly rent for a 1 bedroom. Beware if you only sign a short term lease. This building is also undergoing a possible sale to a new owner.
