Great building/shared amenities. So so apartments

Great gym, great staff, convenient location

Cons

Appliances in the apartment are all new but kind of crappy. Would not recommend if you are an ambitious cook

Great building but rent increases :-/

Pros

Incredible staff and doormen, there’s been zero turnover since we have lived here. Super responsive management and ownership. Beautiful building overall. Valet garage attached to building.

Cons

Amenity fees are steep Units are low on storage space Then lease renewal was nearly a $1k+ increase over my current monthly rent for a 1 bedroom. Beware if you only sign a short term lease. This building is also undergoing a possible sale to a new owner.
