Renters approve of the building's owners
I lived here many years ago shortly after 9/11. The neighborhood has changed drastically but at that time, it was affordable and a great living experience.
There were some issues with backed up plumbing on the bottom floor of this unit, although the landlord quickly responded to do her best to fix the situation.
