    It’s okay apartment

    Pros:
    Location is great
    Cons:
    Old apartment
    Not renovated
    All water systems connected - can’t use toilet / sink when shower is on
    No cleaning of common area/entryway/stairway
    No doorbell
    Roof leaks when it rains heavy
    Advice to owner:
    Upgrade kitchen, paint the apartment, turn heat on more

    Pros:
    The location was great. Overall the space was nice too - had a shared apartment. Nothing fancy or new but god enough if you decorate well
    Cons:
    When I lived there in 2020 the music from the restaurant next door was very loud and annoying. The apartment room I rented also had very dirty walls I had to repaint myself. And the landlord was really unresponsive and unhelpful with anything
    (not sure if it is the same landlord there now)
