It’s okay apartment

Location is great
Cons
Old apartment Not renovated All water systems connected - can’t use toilet / sink when shower is on No cleaning of common area/entryway/stairway No doorbell Roof leaks when it rains heavy
Advice to the owners
Upgrade kitchen, paint the apartment, turn heat on more

Good location, ok place
Pros
The location was great. Overall the space was nice too - had a shared apartment. Nothing fancy or new but god enough if you decorate well
Cons
When I lived there in 2020 the music from the restaurant next door was very loud and annoying. The apartment room I rented also had very dirty walls I had to repaint myself. And the landlord was really unresponsive and unhelpful with anything (not sure if it is the same landlord there now)
