Fine apartment for a good price

Pros

Very spacious!! Good light facing the front!

Cons

Pests rarely taken care of; super not responsive so our washer and dryer were broken most of the lease.

Advice to the owners

Be responsive!!

Good place to live

Pros

Super is very helpful and responsive, building is beautiful and apartment was spacious and seemed well maintained

Cons

Roaches were a consistent problem as well as mice but they had pest control come bi-monthly
