we’ll maintained building; thoughtful touches to apartment (they didn’t just select the cheapest item available for everything); super is phenomenal.
Noise levels are horrible; the windows are cheap and don’t seal properly, which makes the noise issue even worse. It also makes heating the place expensive since the windows are so cheap.
Replace the windows.

Which apartment unit were you in? We’re touring the 4th story and I’m very concerned given your review. When we toured it at 1pm on Saturday the noise was minimal.
