very nice convenient area with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and more around

Metropolitan Ave facing bedrooms are very noisy.

Overall not bad

Pros

Trash chute on every floor, washer/dryer in unit, I got a good deal because of Covid but seems overpriced if you can’t get concessions. Mgmt is very good about responding to repair requests

Cons

Thin walls. Broker said exterminator comes every month but never had one come during our whole 1yr lease. No elevator
