serious safety concerns and thin walls

1. there a people covering their faces/hiding their identity and dealing drugs openly on the street RIGHT OUTSIDE my bedroom/living room window - I DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL 2. the walls are very thin and there’s no privacy between units. you’re living with your neighbors Simply don’t do it to yourself it’s not worth the money at all.
