Landlord is responsive, kind, and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean with modern appliances and fixtures.
I didn’t have any cons. There is a school across the street which I was worried about but the chaos happens a block down (buses, pickup, schoolyard etc). This is the best place I’ve lived since being in the city.
