Great building with great residents
Pros
The people who rent/live in the building are fantastic, reasonable people.
Cons
The current board (as of 2019/2020) is as useless and inexperienced as they come. They are complete ignoramuses. Fortunately, nobody likes the president, and so she will likely be cast out soon
Advice to the owners
Get rid of current slate on the condo board (as of 2019/2020), and restart with smart, experienced, reasonable and qualified people.

Great condo building but poor management
Pros
The neighborhood is nice and it's right next to a park.
Cons
The management is unresponsive and take a long time to fix issues.
Advice to the owners
The building needs to be updated and needs regular maintenance.
