Clean, friendly, modern building in East Williamsburg

Pros

I lived here for four years. I rarely had any complaints. The building was well maintained and everyone working there was friendly. Very safe community.

Cons

The air conditioning system would stop working for a week or two EVERY SUMMER. I don’t think that’s an issue anymore though.

Totally save! Things can get a little shady as you walk towards Cooper Park sometimes. Graham L area very safe.
