It’s a revolving door

Location is very nice to sight see.
Cons
We have had 16 property managers in the 12 years at the ECA since they open in 2010, 5 resident managers which one was a nightmare and right now management office is close 5 days a weeks with sign that said open Tuesday and Thursday open those days which is not true. There’s no communication between management and the residents. In 1 year we have had 3 resident managers which Clinton Management said it the same as being a superintendent which is no where to be found. The resident manager is always MIA!!!!’
Advice to the owners
Owner Jeff Levine needs to come to speak to the residents in both buildings too, Clean management from top to bottom. No one cares here. All Jeff Levine cares is that everyone pays the rent on time.
