Great porperty location, but extremely noisy

Pros

The management is responsive and overall building maintenance efforts are great.

Cons

I hate the noise from proximity to Atlantic Ave and also due to crowds attending events at the Barclays Center

Pros

staff was very nice, helpful and kind, they answered maintenance calls very quickly. the views were great and the amenities were nice.

Cons

the actual management company is not that helpful and does not want to negotiate to keep tenants.
