Modern design, vinyl floors

Pros

Nice roof deck, elevators are fast, modern appliances

Cons

The floors weren’t real wood, and the construction felt a little flimsy

Great place to live

Pros

The building was great and in a great location, on a quiet street, close to a park and close to the subway. Lots of grocery/food options. There was a lot of roof space and neighbors were friendly.

Cons

There was a mouse issue for a little but I think management was working on the issue. We did a lot of things internally to help.
