Good building in Williamsburg
Pros
Safe area, good neighbors, great location, easy access to L/G/JMZ, responsive management staff (other than weekends, which is perfectly understandable as they are Orthodox), good maintenance team, tall ceilings, effective AC & heat in all main rooms.
Cons
Exterior door doesn't close on its own during the winter (must be pushed closed to lock). Common entrance area is not regularly cleaned, and the common staircase walls are damaged and never repaired from tenants moving furniture. Balcony doors do not have locks. Interior apartment finish is not great (floors aren't always level, paint over power outlets, door handles are cheap and can break, protective film on kitchen cabinet doors was not removed properly upon installation, etc.). Packages left in the common entry area are occasionally stolen. Only one washer/dryer pair on the lowest level, and it's a little expensive.

Pros
It’s a newer building with rooftop, washer dryer in building, dishwater and visually appealing.
Cons
You have no idea who the landlord is or who to go to when something is broken. Washer dryer in building has never worked the entire time I lived there and I was the first tenant ever in the building. They never picked up the construction mess in the backyard. Promised the backyard would be finished like the building next door, but never did and just left trash and scrap metal . Real safe! The heat would work half the time. Sometimes starting and then shutting off, making you go to the roof and toggle the switch to your units heater.
Advice to the owners
When tenants move in make sure they know who owns the building and who they can reach out to if there is an issue. FIX THE WASHER / DRYER Fix the heaters
