Mixed bag - new development issues
Pros
Friendly maintenance and cleaners of public areas. Trash rooms on every floor that are well maintained. Many units have balconies. Elevators generally work well. Very competitive rent price. Friendly but very unavailable super. Your own water tank
Cons
Dog poop!!!!!! - Door locks are not good and do little to quiet hallway noise - Some hallways are very loud , Easy to hear other units through walls. - Limited amount of washers and dryers for amount of tenants, many out of service and just take money. - Advertise doorman on SE - NO doorman. - Building management does not: have ticketing system or email, give 24h notice for entry, return security deposits or provide itemized receipts without extreme persistence. - Sketchy and very unsightly leak repairs inside and outside, consistently said money owed when it wasn’t. - Very high con ed bills. - High turnover indicates satisfaction.

Dishwasher, new appliances, spacious bathroom, hardwood floors, elevator, roof access, laundry on site, secure building.
Cons
Laundry machines are always braking probably due to so many people using them. No amenities , mail room is disorganized, you can hear the train pretty loudly.
