Pros

Management is generally responsive but may be slow on what they might consider cosmetic fixes. Generally clean and quiet. Laundry management company generally responsive.

Cons

The neighborhood is very quiet except for on J'ouvert, so plan ahead if you can't handle noise loud enough to shake the building for one weekend out of the year.

A great location! The landlords are super responsive with any issues, many problems fixed day of!
