This Building vs This Management
Pros
Large Ceilings (feels bigger than are). Relatively Quiet Building.
Cons
Overpriced. Poor Insulation (thermal bridging doesn't exist here in this building). Windows are metal and have huge gaps in them. Shoddy Construction. Dishwasher Broken for over months. Management/Owner are warehousing apartments that sit empty for 10+ months now. Management rents them on AirBnB (boo). Tenants rent them on AirBnb (lmao). Some tenants with pets have their dogs shit and piss all over the hallways and common areas and roofs. Management doesn't care.
Advice to the owners
Don't break the law. Don't lie to tenants. Don't defraud tenants. Don't co-mingle Security Deposits. Return Security Deposits on Time so you don't have to end up paying double to Tenants in court.
