    Great condo building to live in
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Can't speak for every apartment owner but our landlord was excellent. Always responded to our inquiries and the neighbors are mostly apartment owners so there's a level of care and community.
    Cons:
    The supermarket facing the building is open 24/7 and their garbage collection gets loud.

    - Amazing super Raymond who is really nice and attentive
    - Nice construction
    - Close to Prospect Park
    Cons:
    - Sometimes the local streets are a bit dirty
    - Building management is not super responsive
    - Elevator breaks every now and then
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the elevator
