Great condo building to live in

Pros

Can't speak for every apartment owner but our landlord was excellent. Always responded to our inquiries and the neighbors are mostly apartment owners so there's a level of care and community.

Cons

The supermarket facing the building is open 24/7 and their garbage collection gets loud.

Lovely new construction right near Prospect Park

Pros

- Amazing super Raymond who is really nice and attentive - Nice construction - Close to Prospect Park

Cons

- Sometimes the local streets are a bit dirty - Building management is not super responsive - Elevator breaks every now and then
