Building itself is passable.
They will not return your security deposit. They will not communicate any legitimate reason to keep your security deposit. They will instead lie and say the security deposit was sent out. Multiple times. Weeks of following up will turn into months. Beware of Rebecca Minacapelli, “Property Manager”
